Product description
Type C is the engineered bespoke line for equipment that does not follow standard dimensions. The original CAD/BIM, CNC laser, 316 stainless eyelets and high-temperature Ceramic/Silica configuration are retained, while the refreshed content adds the Flexinsul process: survey, patterning, material selection and manufacturing to actual geometry.
Applications include pumps, motors, turbines, generators, heat exchangers, vessels, large flanges, probes/sensors and special machinery.
3D shaping through CAD/BIM or from technical drawings/on-site survey.
Precision CNC laser-cut fabrication with 316 stainless eyelets for dynamic load resistance.
Rockwool, Ceramic, Aerogel or Silica material options by temperature, environment and budget.

The specifications above are for initial consultation. During actual implementation, Anton Therm adjusts the design by peak temperature, indoor/outdoor conditions, humidity, chemicals, vibration and removal requirements.
Required audit information
Survey information required
Overview and close-up photos of the component, including opening/removal direction for maintenance.
DN/key dimensions, length, bend radius, flange, nozzles or equipment geometry.
Normal operating temperature, peak temperature, pressure and heat-up/cool-down cycle.
Environment: indoor/outdoor, UV, steam, oil, chemicals, vibration and washdown.
Inspection, cleaning, bolt-tightening, drain or actuator/sensor removal frequency.
Acceptance criteria: target touch temperature, sealing, closure strength, reusability and finish quality.
If drawings are not available, Anton Therm can guide minimum measurement points or survey on site for pattern development.
